Common carpentry calculator support topics
Calculation looks wrong
Check your input units and rounding setting (1/8", 1/16", or 1/32"). Results show both fraction and decimal forms — compare against your tape measure. Include your inputs and expected result when emailing support.
Restore Pro purchase
Open Settings → Restore Purchases. You must be signed into the same Apple ID used for the original purchase. Network access is required for restore.
Offline use
All core calculators work without internet. Only purchase, restore, and links you tap require network access — and only after you approve it.
